Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase a credit pack. Credit packs are pay-as-you-go and valid for 12 months. Your plan determines your rate — Starter, Professional, and Business subscribers get progressively lower per-page pricing on credit packs.
Monthly plan pages reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, credit pack pages are valid for 12 months from purchase and do not expire monthly.
One page equals one page of your PDF bank statement. A 3-page statement uses 3 pages from your monthly allocation. Only successfully processed pages count toward your limit.
