Format Notes
Bank of America uses two different date formats depending on the account:
- MM/DD/YY (e.g., 01/15/26)
- MM/DD/YYYY (e.g., 01/15/2026)
The parser handles both. It also picks up deposits, withdrawals, fees, opening/closing balances, and check numbers.

FAQ
Can I download BofA statements as CSV directly?
No. Full monthly statements are PDF-only. You can download some recent transaction data from online banking, but not the complete statement.
How far back can I convert?
As far back as you have PDFs. Bank of America keeps about 7 years of statements online. Once you have the PDF, Statement Pro can convert it no matter how old it is.
