Key Differentiators

Dedicated Parsers vs All-AI

Rocket Statements runs every statement through a general-purpose AI model, which can produce inconsistent results across different bank formats. Statement Pro uses hand-tuned parsers for 28+ major banks that understand each bank's specific statement layout, date formats, and transaction patterns. AI is used only as a fallback for banks we have not yet built a dedicated parser for, giving you the best of both approaches.

Accounting Integrations

Statement Pro connects directly to QuickBooks Online and Xero via their official APIs. Push transactions from a converted statement straight into your accounting software with one click. Rocket Statements does not offer accounting integrations, so you would still need to manually import exported files.

Export Format Flexibility

With 8 export formats (CSV, Excel, JSON, OFX, QIF, Sage, plus debit/credit split variants), Statement Pro fits into virtually any accounting workflow. Need to import into older desktop software? Use QIF or OFX. Working with Sage? We have a dedicated Sage export. Building an integration? Use the JSON export or our REST API. Rocket Statements limits you to CSV and Excel.

Pricing Model

Rocket Statements offers aggressive per-page pricing (~$0.08/page) that can work well for high-volume users. Statement Pro uses tiered monthly plans ($15–$79/mo) that include a set number of pages, plus a 14-day free trial with 75 pages. If you process a predictable number of statements each month, the fixed plan often works out cheaper and more predictable for budgeting.
