How to download your CIBC statement
Log in to CIBC Online Banking at cibc.com. Click 'My Accounts' and select the account. Under the 'Statements' tab, choose the statement period and click download. In the CIBC Mobile app, tap the account, select 'Statements,' and tap the period to download. CIBC typically keeps 7 years of eStatements available online. If you recently switched from paper to eStatements, older periods may not be available digitally. CIBC credit card statements are accessed under the credit card section separately.
