Log in to truist.com and select your account. Click 'Statements & Documents' to view available periods and download the PDF. In the Truist mobile app, tap your account and navigate to 'Statements.' Truist keeps eStatements available for up to 7 years. If you were formerly a BB&T or SunTrust customer, your account was migrated to Truist and older statements may be available under the Truist portal. Some pre-merger statements from BB&T or SunTrust may have a different format.
