How to Convert Chime Statement to Xero
Follow this simple guide to convert your Chime bank statement PDF into a clean Xero file. Send transactions directly to Xero or import via CSV bank statement.

Step-by-Step Guide
Download Your Chime Statement
Log in to your Chime online banking account and navigate to your statements section. Download the statement you want to convert as a PDF file.
Tip: In the Chime mobile app, tap 'Move Money' then 'Documents' (or go to Settings > Documents) to find your monthly statements. Tap a statement period to download the PDF. You can also access statements at chime.com on a desktop browser by logging in and navigating to Documents. Chime generates statements monthly for both your Spending Account and Savings Account separately. Statements are typically available within a few days after the month ends.
Upload to Statement Pro
Go to the upload page and drag-and-drop your PDF or click to select it. Statement Pro automatically detects Chime statements and begins extracting transactions immediately.
Download Your Xero File
Once processing is complete, click the download button to get your Xero file. All transaction dates, descriptions, and amounts are preserved accurately and ready for use in your favorite spreadsheet or accounting application.

Statement Pro supports Chime Spending Account (checking) and Chime Savings Account statement PDFs. Each account generates its own monthly statement.
Yes, SpotMe transactions appear as normal debits in Chime statements and are included in the CSV output. The SpotMe designation appears in the transaction description.
Yes, log in to chime.com on a desktop browser and navigate to Documents. Desktop access can be easier for downloading multiple statements at once for bulk conversion.
Chime keeps statements available in the app for as long as your account is open. You can scroll back through available periods in the Documents section to download older statements.
