1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Statement Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Statement Pro is a web application that converts PDF bank statements into CSV files. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying usage limits.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or create multiple free accounts.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload documents you do not have the right to access or convert.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free accounts include 10 pages per month.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Unused pages do not roll over to the next month.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Statement Pro is not liable for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in converted data. Always verify converted output against original statements.
  • Any financial decisions made based on converted data.
  • Service interruptions or data loss.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
